Sliced Cucumber 1
Onions cut into rings 1/2
Sliced Tomato 1
Sliced Carrot - optional 1
salt, pepper and lime to taste
For the sandwich
2 slices of bread
sliced cheese
sliced hard boiled eggs
(I like all to be very finely sliced or grated)
Mix the salad ingredients in a bowl. (It will usually stay fresh )
Add the cucumber, onions and tomatoes to the sandwich.
Layer the egg slices and cheese
Cover the sandwhich and wrap it up so it is ready to eat or to go!
It is sure to make a delicious treat, snack or even a meal!
