My beef recipe

1 pound meat

2 to 3tsp Sri Lankan raw curry powder
1tsp ground garlic
1tsp ground ginger

1 tomato sliced
1 tbs of tomato paste
3 tbs yoghurt
one chopped green chilli
one chopped onion
3 curry leaves
1tbsp coriander powder
1tbps cumin powder
1tbps salt or to taste
1tsp red chili powder
3tbps canola oil
2 cups water

Saute onions in oil. Add green chilies, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste and raw curry powder. Add the tomatoes when the onions are slightly brown. Add the meat along with the yoghurt and tomato paste. Add the salt and chillies and set the fire on medium to cook. Add the water and mix well. When the meat gets done halfway through reduce the heat even more and slow cook for about an hour or more (the longer the better) either covered or open.
